At Shuttle Park City, we’re committed to providing reliable, comfortable, and private transportation for every kind of traveler. Whether you're heading to the slopes, arriving at Salt Lake City International Airport, or attending an event like Sundance, we’ve got you covered.

1. What areas do you serve?

We proudly provide private transportation services between Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and surrounding ski resorts. We also serve other destinations across Utah upon request.

2. How do I book a ride?

Booking is easy! You can reserve your private transportation online HERE or give us a call at 435-565-1823. Advance bookings are highly recommended during peak seasons.

3. What types of vehicles do you offer?

Our fleet includes luxury SUVs and spacious sprinter vans—perfect for individuals, families, or groups. All vehicles are clean, comfortable, and equipped for winter conditions.

4. Do you offer child car seats?

Yes, we offer car seats upon request at no additional charge. Please let us know your needs when booking.

5. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your pickup time accordingly—no need to worry! We've got your back!

6. Can I make changes to my reservation?

Absolutely. You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. Just give us a call, send us an email, or even send us a text!

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. 

8. Do you operate during the Sundance Film Festival?

Yes! We provide premium private transportation for Sundance and other events. Early booking is strongly recommended as availability fills up fast.

9. Is tipping included in the fare?

Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. You’re welcome to tip your driver directly based on the quality of service.

10. Do you offer hourly or custom charter services?

Yes, we offer hourly and full-day charters for events, business travel, or sightseeing. Contact us for personalized quotes.

11. Do you offer meet-and-greet service at the airport?

Yes, we offer meet-and-greet service inside the terminal for an additional charge. Your driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name to assist with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. Please for call for this request. 

12. How much luggage can I bring?

Our SUVs and vans have ample space for luggage, ski equipment, and personal items. If you're traveling with oversized gear or extra bags, just let us know in advance so we can ensure the right vehicle is reserved for you.

13. When should I schedule my pickup for a flight departure?

We recommend scheduling your pickup 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight’s departure time from Salt Lake City International Airport. This allows enough time for travel, check-in, and security—especially during peak seasons or inclement weather.

14. Can we stop at a grocery store on the way to our destination?

Yes, grocery store stops can be arranged with advance notice. There is a $1 per minute wait time fee while the driver waits during your stop. Let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth experience.

15.  Are your rides private or shared?

All of our transportation services are 100% private. You’ll never share a ride with strangers—just you and your group, with a professional driver dedicated to your trip.

16.  Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, pets are welcome! Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate your furry friend comfortably. We recommend using a carrier or leash for safety.
